AC Bluebird will be on display at the Prostate Cancer stand at the NEC where you will have an opportunity to see one of Donald Campbell’s former cars. There will also be plenty of information about Prostate Cancer on the stand and this may prompt you to have your own thorough check up.
AC Bluebird at Goodwood Revival 2019
This year’s Goodwood Revival was probably one of the best ever. The sunshine was glorious, the racing was thrilling and everyone really seemed to be having a good time. AC Bluebird was on the JSW Stand and received a lot of attention, in fact many people enquired if it was for sale!
On Display, Stand 318
After a busy summer AC Bluebird is back at Goodwood for the Revival Meeting. Not racing but, like its owner, relaxing and enjoying the fun.
The car is on display at the Jim Stokes Workshop stand, number 318.
Reflecting on the Classic Car Show in Essen
Reflecting on the recent Classic Car Show in Essen I’m still excited and amazed at how well the little AC Bluebird was received in Germany. It was an enormous exhibitions of all types of vehicles on display, including some very expensive Mercedes and even more expensive Bugattis.
Journey to Essen Starts
The journey to Essen started this morning with the car being delivered to Jim Stokes Workshop. It is JSW who will be preparing the car and displaying it on their stand at the ‘Techno Classica Car Show’.
2019 Techno Classica Car Show in Essen
Jim Stokes Workshop Ltd will be displaying AC Bluebird on stand 402 in Hall 5. Jim and his team diligently undertook the full restoration of AC Aceca VPL441 and completed the transformation of what was simply ‘Donald Campbell’s Car’ into AC Bluebird.
