Various people from across the UK and a couple from the USA have been in touch to ask me how long AC Bluebird will continue to be on display at the Lakeland Motor Museum?
Well, I am pleased to announce that AC Bluebird’s residency at the Lakeland Motor Museum has been extended a week to 23 September. There is so much to see at the Museum; it has an exceptional display of Donald Campbell memorabilia, and the range of motorbikes and cars exhibited is outstanding, overwhelming! The staff and everyone associated with the Museum are amazing in their professionalism, kindness and incredible level of knowledge. It’s a super place to visit.
I had planned to take AC Bluebird on a Tour of Portugal immediately after she is returned to me, but the car needs some mechanical work done on it at JSW. Then I have some final filming sequences that need to be shot. It has been a full-on Summer and the next couple of months are likely to be just as busy for AC Bluebird.
